Todo un Fiambre

Hoy en Guatemala nos preparamos para nuestro almuerzo del 1 noviembre, para celebrar a nuestros muertos y darnos un mega banquete de carnes, verduras y quesos.... 

In Guatemala we many of us are getting ready to eat fiambre, it's a very colorful plate and the taste when I was a kid I really didn't appreciate it but now I wait for eat each year. Yummi
